Elizabeth Ann Hendrix-Oppenheim, MA is a proud educator who specializes in elementary art education and visual arts instruction. She serves as a teacher at the Conejo Valley Unified School District, and uses her background in performing and visual arts to educate students about the arts. Ms. Hendrix-Oppenheim formerly served as a visual arts mentor through the school district, and helped children make fantastic discoveries and improvements by showing them how we can incorporate visual arts into our methods of learning. She currently provides elementary art education resources in her role as an art teacher, and also helps students to learn mathematics, English and science.
Ms. Hendrix-Oppenheim has spent more than 20 years crafting her skills as an educator. Her ability to listen and communicate has given her a keen sensibility for teaching, and helped her to strive for excellence as a dancer. She received the Phoebe Barr Award for Dance at The University of Alabama, as well as the Most Accomplished Dancer Award. Ms. Hendrix-Oppenheim’s talent also earned her recognition as a nominee for the Bravo Award for the Arts. Because she understands the importance of supporting art and creativity, she offers first-rate mentorship services in visual and performing arts.
